Psychologically aggressive leaders are known to be destructive. It is indisputable that their abrasive interpersonal behaviors negatively impact their direct reports, the workplace culture, and productivity. In this webinar, Lori will introduce you to a formerly abrasive physician. She will provide insights the physician shared about his arduous journey away from abrasive behavior and then discuss his change through the lens of adult development theory. His story, among others, suggests there is hope for positive change when direct superiors intervene, trusted colleagues offer honest feedback, and external professionals provide specialized coaching, counseling, or training.
